Removal of existing shingle roof, replace with 30 yr architectural shingles, replace 3 skylights with velux updated models, install new sun tube to add natural light to lower level, replace two power vents with new solar power roof vents. Remove bad sheathing due to leaky condition, replace with new wood. Jason provided excellent communication from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and very pleasant to work with. The job was finished in one day, testimony to the skills of his crew. I watched the whole process and have 100% confidence in the quality of my roof & skylight installation. Guaranteed Roofing provided an estimate to remove the existing shingles on our two-storey house and to install new shingles on the entire roof. An estimate was obtained from another roofing company also. The professionalism of Jason, the owner of Guaranteed Roofing, the confidence he instilled in us and his honesty left us with no doubt that Guaranteed Roofing was the right company to replace our roof. He also explained every detail of the work that would be done and the warranties that would be provided. He also went over what we needed to do before work started and during the work. In a couple of weeks Guaranteed Roofing started working on our roof. New shingles were installed on the entire roof and the entire job was completed in a day. Upgraded shingle-over ridge vents were installed along the entire lengths of the ridges. Closed valleys (gives the roof a better look than with aluminium valleys), drip edges, and ice & water shields were installed. Starter shingles were installed along the entire perimeter.Guaranteed Roofing did the work very professionally and the workers were very professional. The roofing material was delivered one evening at the time specified by Jason (owner). The material was placed on our driveway (at the exact spot requested by us). The correct shingles ( type and color) were delivered. The next morning the work was started at the time specified by Jason. The existing shingles were removed quickly and with minimum noise heard inside the house. Then the felt, ice shields, drip edges and new shingles were installed quickly and with minimum noise heard inside the house. Guaranteed Roofing thoroughly cleaned up our deck, yard and shrubs after the job – no nails were left on the ground. The work was finished a little ahead of the specified time. Jason was very professional, businesslike, courteous and flexible. After the job, Jason went over every bit of work that was done. There was no disturbance or inconvenience to us or our neighbors. Jason Grimes came out and inspected the roof, took pictures of some damage and promptly emailed them to me, and cleaned out the gutters. Service was done well and no problems scheduling or contacting the company. Jason was professional and listened to all of our concerns and we feel he went the extra mile to make us satisfied. Guaranteed Roofing inspected roof to identify any issues but did more than i expected by making slight repairs without any additional charges. after updating me he also sent pictures of the roof to me went very well. He called right away to set up the appointment, very polite, professional. inspected and did some repairs. took pictures which he forwarded to me with his comments.
