Challenge

We sometimes get calls about birds, squirrels or raccoons in peoples attics. They usually enter into the attic under the last shingle into the gutter, soffits, or aluminum ridge vents. Trees will sometimes rub up against the roof & damage the shingles, exposing the wood. This invites animals into the attic since there is an easy way to get into the roof & the wood is all they have to chew through. It is very important to make sure all trees are trimmed back so no branches are touching the home. These types of repairs are our specialty. We always make sure the animals have been removed or captured before we seal up any holes. Typically these repairs are simple & require some metal and ice guard & new shingles.
