Had been having problems with our soffits upstairs and by the front door. Called around to get quotes and decided on Guaranteed Roofing. Spoke to Jason over the phone. We made an appointment and he personally came out to assess the situation. He quoted me a fairly decent price on the work that needed to be done and was very courteous and professional. He also explained what the crew would be doing - also the materials that he would be using. He also asked if we had any extra paint so that they could match the new with the old, and I told him that we could supply that. He had stated that they wouldn't be able to start the project for a couple of weeks because they were backlogged, but was eager to do the job.A week later, i was pleasantly surprised. I received a call that they could start that day! The two men crew came out, and started the project. They were very meticulous, making sure that the job was done properly and in a timely manner. While they worked on the project, Jason stopped by to see the progress and found another problem area by the door (that I never realized) and suggested that that area should be addressed also. They were finished with the project within three hours! (Painting included). We are very happy with the results and the professionalism that was shown by Jason and his crew! Will definitely recommend Guaranteed Roofing to anyone who needs quality roofing done at a great value and price! You can't go wrong with this amazing company!

Guarnteed Roofing was great to work with from start to finish. We met with Jason and he answered all of our questions. We were told that it would be 2 weeks for the material to arrive and not even a week later we got a call from Jason that his crew could come out the next day and install our roof. Jason came out the morning of and spoke to us and looked over the material. Ian was the team lead for the day and did an amazing job on keeping us up to date throughout the process. I'd highly recommend using this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

We had a great experience from beginning to end using Guaranteed Roofing. Willie thoroughly explained the whole process, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable without any pressure. During the install, he sent us pictures to document the progress, and also highlight any areas of concern after tearing up the old shingles. They also did a great job with keeping the jobsite clean and protecting the adjacent landscaping. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement roof at a fair and competitive cost.

Jason quickly found the source of our leak and charged a minimal fee with no up-charging attempts. I discovered that wind had blown off a dozen shingles from the ridge line of my roof and rain was coming. I used the on-line texting service that Guaranteed Roofing offers and I got a call back within minutes. Jason was very professional and helpful and agreed to come over that very afternoon to replace the shingles. He arrived on-time and got to work immediately. He uncovered the cause of the problem and within an hour had replaced all of the missing shingles before the rain hit. I am very impressed with Guaranteed Roofing and I wish I had hired them originally to install my roof. I highly recommend them.

The price for this project was very fair. While not least expensive the owner Jason was super responsive and took care of quote and short discussion at very first visit. Had a water damage issue where interior floors and a wall were damaged. Called Jason @ guaranteed roofing and he was out the next day and diagnosed the problem. Water was coming in between siding and brick veneer. He had his crews out the next day even though it was Saturday . There was also Urgency to get this done quickly and correctly since another winter storm was coming and Jason wanted to make sure the there was no more damage. I am so confident in his work that I am having Jason and his crew to do some more work. Great guys and they do great work !

Willie and Jason did a great job communicating and keeping in contact. Willie attended the insurance inspection and helped explain everything while I was communicating with my insurance provider.When the day came to do the roof replacement the crew was on time and very professional. Professional, responsive and the best value. I had several roofers come and provide me estimates for a total roof replacement on my house. When I reached out to Guaranteed, I received a prompt response from Jason and he provided the most fair price out of everyone. 22 days ago a wind storm did considerable damage to my roof. After reaching out to my insurance company, I hit every possible source looking for a company to work with me as I went through this process. After visiting the Guaranteed Roofing website and reading the reviews, I was blown away, but still somewhat skeptical. If you have made it this far in the review, let the skepticism go. This company is incredible. I worked with Willie Hurst, and he was more than flexible when it came time to work with the insurance adjuster. His communication was informative, professional, polite and even welcoming. It made me feel like I had a friend helping me with this situation.When I left for work this morning, I had a palate of shingles on my driveway and a patch on my roof. By the time I came home, they roof was completed and there was no evidence that they had been here.Search no further. The reviews are real. This company may be the shining light in the dumpster fire that has been 2020.

Recent storms caused a section of our siding to blow loose and hang in the breeze so my wife called Guaranteed Roofing and scheduled a repair. They gave us an arrival window and showed up almost dead on the start of that window. One of the crew let me know they were there and asked me to show him to area that needed the repair. Then they got right to work. Afterward one of the crew informed us that the work was done and explained both the problem and the fix. This company is great. They did my roof about 6 years ago. Recently had a leak in my room caused by a fallen tree branch. Not noticeable to an untrained eye. This was the first roof replacement that I have been through and Jason made the process simple and painless. He was patient and thorough explaining exactly how his crew would get the job done. He was willing to discuss with my insurance company and help get some addition storm damage covered. Finally, the work was completed on time and in an efficient manner. The crew was professional and clean.After the roof we installed we decided to install a new ventilation system in the kitchen. The vent needed to go through the new roof. So we called Guarantee Roofing and they came back and made it work.
